This 6 week session class runs weekly on Saturday mornings from 9am-12pm. Students will learn wheel throwing basics such as throwing and trimming, and glazing. The class is open to all levels, including beginners & intermediates. All materials and kiln firings are included.

• All materials, including clay, communal tools, glaze, and firing

Pickup Info:
Finished work will be ready approximately 4 weeks after class. The instructor will contact via email you when it’s ready. Please note: pieces must be picked up within 4 weeks of that email. Unclaimed work will be donated to Byrdie’s Free Pottery Box.

BIPOC Fellowship Spots

We reserve 2 discounted spots in each class for those who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or a Person of Color. If those are filled, BIPOC students are still welcome to register at the general rate. Learn more here:

COVID Policy

If a student tests positive for COVID-19, they must notify their instructor. We will follow current CDC guidelines and may require proof of a negative test before returning to class.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 5 or more days before class: refund minus a 10% cancellation fee

• Cancellations within 5 days of class: 50% refund

• Cancellations within 24 hours of class: no refund
